  I was refinancing and paid 515$ for home appraisal, Bank of America used a Mr. William Copeland who under valued the property by 80 thousand, by the time I was able to correct the significant error, the time frame expired despite my approval for a 15 year loan at a 3%, secondary to medical and employment changes I have been denied, despite the bank ,particularly Stephen Hall a financial employee has refused to return the appraisal fund, and or provide me a amended home appraisal from 160$ with compts referred with property on one or less than one acre lots. My home is 1010 east lee on a 3 acre plot, valued at over 220 thousand. I have been a considerable faithful investor of Bank of America for over 16 years. I have made continuous attempts to speak with a Bank of America supervisor to assist, but have been continuously disrespected and juggled from one employee to another. Despite a credit score above 730, 17 years of non-interrupted medical professional employment, the bank has no value toward its loyal costumers, has no moral nor professional ethical standards and, I highly recommend using a different bank. A bank that will honor its commitments and equally emphasize how its financial errors devastate loyal costomers!

  Worst bank in America, should be the new name!! I called and requested that my account be closed, I get a statement In the mail, that I have available money in the account. I had a direct deposit from over an month ago that I didn't have a clue about. There was nothing noted in my account, stating that I wanted to close it. I will be at a branch first thing Monday morning to withdraw the funds and make sure it's closed. Stay away from this bank!!

  this is my first bank i opened an account in 2014. my owner i use to work for helped me open an account. Best customer service vary fast service. Best part is there app.. You can transfer, do a deposit , withdrawal do payment get discounts. I would recommend this bank if you have a family and want your kids to have an account. very safe and they act very fast if you are having problems with your card
