  Bank of America located at 200 Main St., No. Little Rock, Ar is not a bank, it's a JOKE. They say they are open until 4:00 P.M. but today I was there at 3:40 and when I got to the drive thru window the girl would not service me because the drive thru was closed. I'm sitting in my car reading the hours and it plainly says drive thru open until 4:00 P.M. I pointed this out to the girl at the window and she said it didn't matter what the sign says, if I wanted to be serviced I would have to go inside. WHAT THE HELL??? I went inside and there were at least 20 people in line with 1, YES 1 girl at the counter and 2 managers walking around doing nothing. I have 5 accounts with them and will be closing all of them soon. This bank sucks big time and so do their employees.

  Service is horrible, on Mondays they have only 1 teller and she's impolite,,, some other locations like on McCain and Geyer Springs are remarkable great, I will never come back to these location again..
